Best LCD 19" Monitor for Gaming?

I am looking to upgrade my monitor from CRT to LCD. I use my computer primarily for playing Call of Duty2 online. I am looking for the best 19" LCD I can get for under $400. Any recommendations? How important is response time vs aspect ratio? Are they both equally important? Anyway....any suggestions for the best monitor for gaming? Thx
 
NEC MultiSync 90GX2. If you can't find that, get the ViewSonic VX922. If you ever consider 20" widescreen, the ViewSonic VX2025WM is also $400 and a great monitor. Response time and aspect ratio are unrelated. Aspect ratio just tells you what format of display you're getting: 4:3, 5:4, or widescreen 16:9.
 
NEC 90GX2 from the ones I've seen. It blows the VX ViewSonics away in terms of colors, including blacks. Also backlight. Viewing angles are better IMO as well. If you don't mind the glossy panel, and the pretty steep price, go for the NEC.

90GX2 (19" TN+film panel) and 20WGX2 (20" wide AS-IPS panel) are probably the best gaming LCDs now.
