How many people do you know of that call him "O'Brien"??? Everyone calls the other guys by their last names. Everyone calls Conan by his first name. That's just the way it is.
 
I can't believe Letterman has as many votes as it does right now. He's not funny, his side-kick sucks (and is rather eccentric, in a bad way), and the Top10 is not funny .. and it never will be funny. Conan is funny and his show takes more risks than any other late night talk shows. Leno tends to stay on the safe side but I happen to like a lot of his bits he does before the guests come on-stage.
 
I really like Conan, and would go out of my to try to watch him every night. The others I will watch if they happen to be on when I am in the room, but I would not actively seek them out.
 
Conan is the most talented and funny talk show host, a lot like Letterman was in the early years. If he ever got an earlier slot though, I'm afraid the show would become too homoginized (ala Letterman) and not as good as it was.

Letterman changed from a funny goofball to a grouchy old man, which still works for him 🙂 Leno caters to old people with his comedy: lots of political and topical humor.

Kimmel and Kilborn are just plain annoying. I'm not sure how Kimmel stays on the air. He is SO out of his league. He needs to go back to the Man Show where he was in his element 🙂 Kilborn has that "I'm always funny...no matter what I do" air about him that is really annoying. Never liked him.

Kimmel overlaps Leno and Conan here, so Im flipping between channels during commericals on either station.
 
Conan > Kimmel > Letterman

Leno should retire & I don't know how the fvck Kilborn got a job on tv.:disgust:

It's actually Jon, but I agree. He's way funnier than any of the other talk show hosts. Jimmy Kimmel is worth mentioning because he sucks so much though.

Another vote for Jon. The Daily Show and Tough Crowd are my favorite shows on tv currently.

Tough Crowd can be funny, but Colin Quinn sucks at monologues.
