i want something that i can game on pretty well, but i also want it to be semi portable. I was looking at the best alienware but it would imagine that thing gets like 15minutes of battery time. Im a big fan of Dells and was looking at there best line and it looked pretty decent. Anyone got any recommendations? Ive been completely out of the loop for 3 months while i was at boot camp. So i need to be filled in on what new stuff came out and if its any good or not.

Asus Z71V if you want something that is still reasonably light and small but has very highres widescreen and NVidia 6600 graphics.

It also have a flexible bay for one of optical drive, battery or second harddrive.

For me, pretty close to the perfect notebook outside real DTRs. Didn't buy one yet, fencing on 64 bit options.

Or VoodooPC. My M855 I bought over a year ago is still among the best. :)

Still trying to find an A64 DTR with a 6800 Go, doubt I'll ever find one from anyone. Seems 6800 GOs can only reside in Dothans.

The are only PCIe versions of the 6x00 go chips, no AGP.

So somebody would have to use a desktop chipset.

They will have the best price performance ratio besides a company like Dell and using coupons and the such.
