I need a new laptop for work and I haven't kept up at all with laptop specs. What should I be looking for as far as a CPU goes etc.?

Primary tasks: MS Office, Photoshop, Acrobat Professional, constant upload/download through an FTP client, web browsing. Basically a lot of multitasking.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
 
They do have dual core cpus for lappys now. 2 gigs of ram and some lappys like the 9300/9400's can handle higher end video cards.
