Best laptop case

I dont know where to get a good 17" laptop case for a low price...any ideas? ive checked frys but im not sure what is good and what is not good...are sleeves sufficient? id rather have a case than a backpack but not sure.

sorry i didnt put it in general hardware/notebooks. this is kinda more general since its about a case/bag/accessory, and some bags double as laptop cases, etc.

I have this one. It's really good. Nice firm padding all around and a mesh sleeve on the outside. I dont use it so much sine I have a timbuk2 bag w/ a laptop slot built in, but if you are using a backpack, this will product your laptop from anything inside.
 
jebus these are kind of pricey. i think i may go with one thats like 30-60 bucks at frys. still more than i wanted to spend but oh well.

Depends on your personal needs; I carry a messenger bag on a daily basis, but I only need my lappy on a few days a week, so I bought a sleeve for "her." 🙂
 
id only take it around every once in a while, maybe 1-3 times a week, it just seems like the sleeve is kinda tiny and not very protective lol
