Looking for a case to throw a few extra parts in to take to lans, and keep around the house. cooling's not a huge issue, as I have a passive 9600se. Don't really need more than one 5" slot, although Im sure itll come with a few. one hard drive, half slot card, micro ATX board.

Good:
Front mic/AND headphone jack
Front USB
Some kind of non-tacky carrying handle
Black or Silver
small
$$$CHEAP$$$ not looking to spend a ton

Bad:
obnoxious to look at
razor sharp edges
breaks when you look at it
made of cheese
extremely difficult installation

I would prefer any Lian Li case, you can also buy one of those backpack type things to carry any type of system around.
 
. I prefer the Chenming 118 over the X-Qpack but that's a matter of personal aesthetic taste - but they are microATX. If that's not a problem, then you are all set.
. Then there is the Aspire X-Sonic - identical to the original Antec Lanboy inside - use the original lanboy carrying strap accessory which fits perfectly - or mod your own carrying method.
. The Skyhawk MSR series of cases that they are selling for blowout prices on Newegg, Dealsonic et al. are VERY light, inexpensive and sturdy, but you have to come up with your own carrying method. See the "Shuttle with handle" thread here for a link to carrying handle modding ideas. Plus there are handles available for rack-mount and other technical equipment cases that could be pressed into service here. You are only limited by your own imagination...

I have that case (drilled vented siding) and love it. Only complaint is that it uses a proprietary 220W PSU, so that means no Prescott or anything higher than a 6600GT.

Uses a proprietary form factor motherboard, Intel video, AC97, ethernet, the works. 2 front USB, 1 IEEE, and 5 audio thingys.
