Along with an advanced-fluent understanding of German and Spanish I know a smattering of other languages, including Hindi. I have a few Indian friends that speak several languages, including Hindi, and I wish to learn enough to be able to conversate. If I have more time in the future I'll likely take a course at the local college, but for the moment I'd like immersive software that might help me achieve this immediate goal.
Any thoughts? I know of Rosetta Stone of course, but given its aggressive marketing campaign I'm certain it's not the best. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.
