I disagree with that image. This is the best joke EVER. Therefore, any future civilization that spent enough time refining the art of joke-telling would inevitably recreate this joke, exactly as it is written in the OP.

Read it last night for the first time, I view it as a decent story with an amusing ending.

By amusing, I mean I will never again feel that level of completion and mirth.
