stupid story (when sammy's son came into the picture, the entire plot wend downhill fast)
waste of time
incredibly lame

 
i enjoyed the story...myself, like any of you did not have to read it all.

Stick to Dick and Jane books or those Little Golden ones in the future.

I have no idea, seems it's one of those that's everywhere and nobody knows where it came from.

I really feel stupid for reading the punchline before the joke, I know I'd've laughed if I hadn't, but reading everyone's responses to the short story more than made up for it. :laugh:
