While the internet wasn't invented in the 90's or 80's for that matter, the evolution to
what it is today really began in the 90's.

Actually they bought Segways for a bunch of our college cops and they rode around on them. What they failed to do was read the manual which states that you must get off and recharge it when the battery buzzer goes off. Well they kept riding them and the battery went dead so it stops. 2 of the cops fell foward and broke thier noses!!!!!!!!!
