I've been reading lately about audio power cables (names not need be mention, I think). Either off his rockers or an intense troll, actively posting for over 6 years over many forums about power cables.

Who is your favorite internet troll, and what is his/her legacy?

My nomination is nowheremom, especially because I personally think dennil transcended the art and I respect him to this day.

If we are counting the entire internet, I guess that was a small splash compared to some site people take a lot more seriously than most of us here at AT. I don't go to 4chan, but I believe that is one people actually rally and meet if you count the 'anonymous' movement?

Lol, I just caught a few of his threads yesterday and I know EXACTLY who you're talking about!

My favourite internet troll would have to be Tony Swash. He MUST have a record on DailyTech for the most -1 posts evAR!!! His battles with Reclaimer77 have been a source of great entertainment over the years!

I miss the old DailyTech, before they turned into a politically biased site.

In regards to the audio cables guy; are you guys talking about the dude who said he bought some power cables that were like $20,000+ each? Then when they finally showed him listening to sound, he was listening to MP3's on his laptop using some giant-wired custom earbuds, and later on had a post about living in a tent in his parent's back yard or something along those lines?

Probably. Some of his older posts involve wrapping everything in EMI paper and trying to get his underage girlfriend's rabbits off his equipment.

There's also a cohort (maybe an alter-ego) that posts slightly less inflammatory information but goes along the same idea too.

For some reason that reminded me of this meme:

That's 2 strikes. One more and it's a felony.

I just blew up my work computer. So I see a lot of neffing in my future

You posted within 5 posts of me, 2nd strike not found. :colbert:
We can take this outside if you want. Wait, never mind, there's life and sunshine out there. I'm going back to Bartman39's shed where it's dark.

Turns out it was just a bad stick of RAM. The world can return to normal now.

Once again you are encroaching on my post-distance. I'll ask you to please move your post at least 5 posts away from mine. TIA
