electronica, jazz, college rock, overseas ethnic music, world stations, foreign talk programs, the works ! the more obscure and funky the
broadcast, the better.

right now, i'm listening to persian music broadcast from somewhere in iran. i have noooo clue what the dude is crooning about . . . probably
some sappy love theme . .. but its fun. dropping in to listen to music and stuff from places on the other side on the planet is so cool. beats the
morning zoo fests here.

btw, winamp has a nice selection, but i've run through most of them.
 
for jazz there is no better internet radio station than WBGO...

If you can find a copy of RealAlternative, or just use Media Player Classic so you don't have to deal with RealOne. bleh :disgust:
 
For alternative/dance I listen to BBC Radio 1 in London. Chris Moyles at 5 pm UK time has a hilarious show. If you're into Rap, Westwood on Friday evenings UK time is great also on Radio 1.
