2)best HSF? (under $50 please) currently on retail hsf, im @ 100F

Alpha pep66 if you're on a slocket.

For a slot1 coppermine the Alpha P3-125 is the best.

I agree the alpha is the best. I say that 1.85v is the highest safe voltage of a p3
