When I had a zune I had the premium headphones and they were great. They ended up getting destroyed by accident and the standard iPod headphones suck.

What are some good in ear, noise cancelling headphones? Reasonabe price $30-$50?

What are you using?

These are noise cancelling, but they do isolate noise very well, they are VModa Bass Freq. As the product name suggests, they are overly heavy on bass but I find the audio quality remarkably good. I think Amazon had them on sale for about $35.

shure e2c. i picked up 4 of these when they went on firesale at amazon about half an year ago. hands down the best earphones i have ever tried. i think they are slightly more expensive now, but keep on eye out on them. the model was discontinued but vendors randomly turn up with stock on them.
