Best image viewer?

I know ACDSee used to be good before it became the definition of bloatware...

I don't really know any others, but I'm sure you guys can help me with it. I'm looking for something with the right amount of features (like thumnails, explorer like viee etc) and that is fast and not bloated. Integration woudl be a plus.

I use ACDSee 2.41 with XP/2k/98 and it does all I need for an image viewer.
The newer version isn't as good.

I give a second vote for IrfanView. Been using it for years without problems. The guy who made it updates it often, and best of all it's the right price FREE
