Best image hosting website?

Depends what you need it for. If you're a photographer and want to put up a gallery, Flickr is really good and has a huge community. Smugmug is pretty cool if you don't mind paying. If you're a graphic artist then DeviantArt is not bad. If you just need to host images to post on forums I would suggest image shack, bbzzdd or photobucket.
