I use Trillian in Windows because it allows me to use AIM, ICQ, MSN, and Yahoo.

I mainly use AIM (90% of the time) as my IM client. I was wondering what is a good IM client for Linux? and where can I get it? Is there anything like Trillian in Linux?

Im currently using GAIM in KDE 3.0 off my Redhat 7.3 install.

RossMAN so far its been ok.

ICQ disconnects sometimes, but I think its just ICQ and not Trillian.

GAIM is the best one that you're going to find.

They release new versions about once every 2-4 weeks... they released a new one a few days ago with many new updates as always, so I suggest you go upgrade. :)

edit: I don't know if you know this, but GAIM is the equivalent of Trillian -- it supports nine instant messaging protocols.
