Best (if any) way to display 480p on a 15" LCD (from xbox)?

Currently have a modded xbox. I purchased the xbox hidef pack (component cables w/ audio seperate), now I am wondering what I can get to put that signal "into" my LCD monitor. It's a 15" Dell with a max res of 1024x768. There are tons of products out there, but I am really not sure what I am looking for. I know 480p is 720x480, so would the image be stretched across the whole monitor (like it is now, using RCA cables (yellow) through an RCA to VGA converter)? Or would it just have black bars around it (which is fine). I am going to be upgrading to a 17" LCD soon, so whatever I get would hopefully also support 720p for when I make the switch. Anyways, any suggestions would help, as I would like to get some hidef xbox action soon (the quality of the RCA --> VGA right now looks horrible )

As always, all help/suggestions are apprieciated. Thanks, and I hope to hear from you guys!!

Unless the monitor has an option to turn off scaling then it will be stretched

All standard 17" lcd can do 720p
