UK has:
Mr. Bean, Bottom, Young Ones, Smack the Pony, Monty Python, Men behaving Badly, 'Allo 'Allo, Copuling etc.

US have:
Jim Carrey, Family Guy, Futurama, Simpsons, Fraiser and lots of other

Other has:
????

I'm currently watching Allo Allo and Yes Minister again, doesnt get much better

Yes, but he has a rather American sense of comedy.

Also, Monty Python is the only, ONLY, good comedy from the UK, the rest goes entirely to the US.

Come on? british jokes are ridiculous.
