best html editer?

Now don't all spout "notepad! I'm the shizznit and don't need no WYSIWYG, yo!" Good for you.. What's the best, easiest to use, best featured web designer for windows? I'm on the fence about front page or Dreamweaver.. Front page has an annoying tick that I haven't been able to figure out (saving all links as local instead of relative!) so I'm itching to try something else - any ideas?
thanks!
P.S. this is for a personal website low on fancy DHTML / etc. high on pictures/links (a photo album of sorts)

Dreamweaver search and replace owns me

I remember when i discovered it... I was like...

it can do this for a selection?! a page?! some folders?! The entire site!?!?!?! :Q

And then the next thing i know i wake up naked behind my work in a puddle of sweat and rain water with a hang over and pieces of soggy dreamweaver mx box all over my body...

I was going to say Homesite too, but then you said you want a WYSIWYG editors, which aren't exactly HTML editors.

Dreamweaver or GoLive. If you want it for free, try Mozilla Composer. It's not as full featured but it's perfect for basic pages.

Hi,
How do I get Dreamweaver MX to display the pictures I linked to the page I'm working on. I used Frontpage, and pictures can be seen trough the net. (pic. from the housting site)

I'm not building a web page. I'm making a page for my ebay autions.

Thanks
