Freezer 64 Pro all the way. I have one installed now and wouldn't use anything else for the money

Yeah if you're looking for the cheap... the AC Freezer 64Pro is good. If you want the best IMO go with Thermalright Ultra-120 but that's about $45 without a fan

I couldn't agree more. I have one cooling my 3800X2 @ 2.65Ghz, and load temps stay under 45C.

XP90. One of the biggest reasons over the freezer pro is that fan on the XP90 is easily replaced.

i have mine at 2.72 and it touches at 45C but the only reason is b/c the computer room gets up to around 80-85 F
