Best HSF for a socket 478 P4 under $20

There are quite a few heatsinks out there better than stock, but... most of them are $30+. Only $20 heatsink I can find/think of that would be worth your while is the Arctic Cooling Freezer 4 for $19.99 at SVC.

I am just curious. Did you buy an OEM CPU, so you need a HSF? If you have a stock HSF, it will perform just fine. IMHO, a 20 buck HSF is not much better than a stock HSF. You probably wont feel a difference.

Right, and you can find a stock HSF for about $5 new at some places.
