I usually drink a bunch of water (for health) and then a bunch of alcohol (for pain).

It's hard to drink again but if you force it down you'll feel better. If you don't want to do that, I find really greasy food works. Two mcgriddles and orange juice has never failed me as a nonalcoholic hangover cure

Gatorade + B-vit + 2 Motrin before bed, Gatorade + 1 Motrin when you wake up. Never had a hangover last more than 30min with that combo, if I had one at all.

Well try to get some water down then.. there isn't much you can do if you can't keep anything down though. Looks like you'll have to sit this one out.

try to sleep as soon as possible after you throw up; you usu feel a little better after throwing up, maybe enough to fall alseep. I had the same prob, everytime i'd try to drink something like water (not more alcohol!) or eat a slice of bread, i'd feel like throwing up. Finally i just said screw it, i went to sleep and woke up bout 2-3 hours alter and was all better. Remember to NEVER take tylenol (acetaminophen) while drinking or immediately after, its extra bad for your liver with this combo.

lol, assuming I don't work the next day or have no where to drive to I drink 2 beers + gatoraid to cure my hang over. Beer kills the pain and strange feeling, gatoraid re-hydrates.
