Best hiphop producer?

My vote has to go to 9th Wonder! His stuff is just so sweet and original... for example De La's latest album, or Masta Ace from last summer (Beautiful is a sick track).

Honorable mention goes to Alkemyst, his beats are so dark and grimy I love it. I also heard some stuff from RZA's soon to be released album, I really liked some of those beats, but he's always been one of the best. Eminem also has stepped it up, I liked 2Pac's latest "Loyal to the Game" stuff that Em did, even if Em has sold out with his pop crap. Dre and Kanye are always in the mix as well.

Err, all I know are Dre and Kanye, and I'd have to go with Dre between those two.

Blueprint is an rapper and producer. You can find info about Blueprint on www.weightless.net. He has just released his first instrumental disc, and it's pretty good. It's called "Chamber Music".
