Best heatsink for Athlon XP

i have an athlon xp 2000+. i have been using a volcano 6cu+, and it has been cooling ok, but the thing is really loud. i do have lots of fans in my case, but i tried unplugging most of them and the sound didn't change much. is this the reason for my noise problem? if so what is a good heatsink for this chip? i would like something that isnt too cheap but i dont want to spend too much. thanks for any help

I hear the SVC-GC68 (sp?) is a good compromise of performance, price, and silence. I've got a super cheap ($7.50) Speeze Big Rock II and it cools my XP pretty well at 1680MHz and 1.82v (never gets above 54C at the socket). Ignore the people who tell you to spend $40 on a hsf if you're not even overclocking. Anyway, look at some of the reviews listed on this thread. I recommend the AT and Accelenation roundups.
