Right now i have the $25 Sony Studio Headphones and the Sound is ok but after 2+ hours being on they hurt my ears.

So i am looking for the best sound and less painfull head phones for under 100 dollars.

Thanks

I have those and the 200, they sound great but the 100 is open ear so the whole world will hear your sounds. The 200 is sealed but the 100 has more bass. Either are great and comfortable. And under 50 bucks.

Yeah, Px100 would be good if you don't need isolation. If you need isolated sound, then PX200 or HD280.

Supposedly the Grado SR 60 is just about the best sub-$100 pair of headphones around. I kind of like the old school look, too. The SR80s are a bit better in quality, but they need a stronger amp to drive them well than you find in most sound cards. Some people find the Grados uncomfortable, but you can supposely bend the headband a bit so it fits better.
