Best headphones for PC that will also work for a walkman?

I've been looking for a decent set of headphones for my PC for LAN parties, because the headset I have sounds like crap with music. I was thinking... and I figured I'd just get a pair that I could use for my new walkman too. Does anyone have a brand name that they'd reccomend? Or a specific set?

My budget is ~10-25 dollars.

Edit: Oh yeah... When playing at loud volume my walkman sounds very staticy in the background, is this because of my cheap headphones or cheap walkman?

You're going to walk around listening to your walkman with a headset? 😕

If you raise your budget a bit, Sennheiser has some PC headsets.

No I don't want a headSET, lol. Just headphones. I'll use my headset just when I'm playing CS at LAN parties, everything else I'll juse use my new headphones.

And Sennheiser... *makes note*

Probably both. For 10-25, check out KOSS KSC75 clip-ons. Very comfortable with rubber adjustable hanger. They are very light, you won't even notice you're wearing them. Great sounding too. These are open type headphones.
