Best Graphic card under 15000 INR?

I'm new here..
I'm about to buy a new pc next month.
Here are the specs,
i5 3470
Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H
Corsair vengeance 8gb RAM
Corsair Builder 600w 80plus
I have an old moniter with max resolution 1280x1024...I'm not gonna change it soon...
Can u recommend the best graohic card for these specs under 15000INR?

Yep, definitely don't need more than that if gaming at 1280x1024

P.S., Do yourself a favour. Aim to get a higher res monitor eventually. Seriously

The GTX 660 looks to be slightly out of his stated budget tho. Not sure what is available locally to him or his other shopping options online.

I was confused between 7850 and 660...

If i get a 1920x1080 monitor, which one of them would be better?

And btw it is ok if the graphic card is slightly above the budget.
