I'm going to throw my vote in for the Corsair 400watt as well since it's on sale at such a steal right now. It has a 30amp 12v rail that will power a 5770 without breaking a sweat.

Overworking cheaper PSUs is a great way to burn out your system. I've seen it happen to others and almost had it happen to me. Spending a little more now will save you money later.
