That's a great power supply so you could run any mid range card.

I agree... My (old) Enermax 460W PSU can push everything in my sig (plus 2 more HDDS) just fine... CPU and GPU are both overclocked as well.

You'll be happy with the 6850, but your Q6600 might hold you back a bit. I only have a dual-core, clocked higher, and I struggle a little but in BFBC2 @ 1680x1050. Hopefully your quad-core will hold up better...
