Best GeForce3 drivers? *UPDATE* Passively cooled GF3 Ti200???

At my brother's for the weekend and he has a GeForce3 Ti200... right now the 40.72 drivers are installed, is there a better set for the GeForce3's? If you can provide a link that would be great.

This is based entire on what I've read, but I think you're fine with the 40.82 drivers for the GF3. I heard that it's best to use 45.xx or lower for the GF3/GF4 cards, as the versions past 45.xx are optimized for the FX series of cards.

Currently running one of the 45.xx series (can't remember the exact one) on my brother's GF4 Ti4200.

You might try using the older 30.82 drivers and see if you get any performance increase in your particular games. Otherwise, I'd probably just stay put unless you are having problems.

Call of Duty wasn't working with those, so I just tried the 53.03's and they work fine... no AA and no AF and I'm getting wonderful frame rates. GeForce3's still alive and kickin =) BTW... is it odd that this GeForce3 Ti200 is passively cooled????

I'm currenly using the 45.23 Omegas, but I'm pretty sure the 30.82 driver scored higher in most benchmarks.
I haven't noticed any significant diffetence between the 30.xx and the 45.xx drivers.
