I think I need a bit of help, I'm a bit clueless in the notebook sector.
I'm searching for a 15,6" gaming notebook, should be 700€ without SSD or 800€ with SSD. (I can build an SSD in 😉). I also have to use it in the school. (but want to use it also private a lot)
The notebook should have:
(Important)
+ Good Gaming performance (Games like Portal 2 or CoD6, should run the newest games on mid-level)
+ a matte/non-glare display
+ 4 GB RAM or more
+ good workmanship (right word?)
(Not so important)
+ cool temperature
+ less weight
+ not too loud
+ not so bad lifetime
(I know also, with this price I can't really get a mega notebook which can run it on very high. For that I have my desktop PC. But on medium or high would be fine.) 🙂
Price: 700€ without SSD or 800€ with SSD, but if it's a really great notebook, maybe also 800€ without SSD.
I looked already a lot and have my 2 "favorite":
Acer TravelMate 5760G-2414G64Mnbk
and
Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E520
The GT 540M is better than the 6630M from what I've seen, but some people told me the Thinkpad is be running cool and silent even on load.
Well, I don't which one i should take. I'm very thankful for any help 🙂
