The Armor looks good too but as far as I can tell, doesn't support dual power supplies and has those doors (or whatever they are). I personally hate doors on cases. 😛 Are they removable?

That would be quite convenient if you could just use the Armor fan panel, although they would need to be exactly the same size for that to work. Thanks for the info.

ummm as i said i think the pannal is almost identical. I have both cases, and honestly i dont see the need for a dual PSU layout. My TJ-07 has it, but i dont use it. I dont think u'll ever need a PSU greater then 750W unless ur quading sli or 2 8800GTX on a Extreme platform processor. And as i said, if you want that 25cm fan, that maybe your cheapest options because i cant think of another place u can go pick up a fan that big on a 12VDC setting.

And yes u can remove the doors if you want, but i like them. They have saved my front bay from collision of stuff. And the doors are really really strong. IT would take some effort to actually bend them.

It's good if you can remove them. I'm not too concerned about the strength; doors just get on my nerves when changing CDs/DVDs. 😛

As for dual PSUs, it's a useful feature if you already have an older unit and need more power later on. You can buy another, similar one instead of shelling out for the expensive models. As a general rule, two weaker PSUs (although still of high quality) are quite a bit cheaper than one equivalent powerful one.

True, but your 1 would need a incrediable amperage on the main rail. If your using 2 PSU's both with 18V rails on 2 rails. That gives only a total of 26V on the main rail. Cheap PSU's wont have three rails or 1 powerful main rail. The second PSU would help divide the load off the main PSU for opticals and HD, but the main rail is still whatts lacking.

To make things easier, im debating between 2 1kw PSU's. Why? because both have over 80V+ on the main rail. You cant get that even if you split 2 PSU's because 40+ 40 does not add to 80 unless ur using a redundant PSU.

Anyhow i called my brother up yesterday to ask him about my stacker. No the side pannel wont fit off the armor because its latch on the armor rather then slide. But you can take the Fan off the pannel and attack it to the stacker without any major modifications.

Howard should comment about having 2psu vs 1 large psu. since he has one of our PSU guru's
