the games being debated right now are...

diablo 2, final fantasy 7, goldeneye, and zelda ocarina of time (oot)...

edit... the criteria... the game that wowed your socks off and you were just amazed playing it and still think about how much fun you had playing it...

from an objective standpoint -- in terms of copies sold, versions made, and people who were addicted to the game -- I'd have to list Tetris as the best video game of all time.
