Dude, I read through most of this thread (then I decided to respond)
1. Tell her that you are not interested. Tell her that you like her friendship, but it will never be anything more than that.
2. Keep it quiet.. Trust me, these people will not stay together forever.. It does no good telling your buddy. All it will do is bust them up, possibly piss him off at you. You have the potential of losing 2 friends with this.

one of my friends was seeing this girl right. then some time later like a month or two, she wa dropping me hints about wanting to hook up. i said no.....the first time she came to me with this. then i hit it.....and hit it.....and hit it.....and, hell you get the picture. well about 2-3 months later, i finally came to my senses and said, "WTF am i doing, i cant just fvck my friends gf. so i broke it off with her. after they broke up sometime later, he found out from a "nosy neighbor"(ie, one of our friends). needless to say my friend and i didnt talk for about a year or more. even to this day, even though we talk, we werent like we used to be.
so in short, if you really want to be friends with yer friend, DONT hit it.
