What is the best freeware disk imaging and remote desktop software?

I need to create complete images of my small business's computers that I can restore from.

I also need to control the computers remotely from home so I can do troubleshooting from home. I've used RealVNC in the past and I'd like something similar that is free.

Thanks!

Paragon drive backup 9 and Macrium Reflect seem to be popular choices these days.

Crossloop gets my vote for remote access if you're doing support for a side business. If you're wanting to log into your home pc from work I would go with setting up remote desktop over the web or logmein. Also the tomato firmware that is pretty popular I think contains a VPN option http://www.acevpn.com/2009/04/...-on-tomato-router.html

I've had some success with Drive Image XL for disk imaging.
