In the past I've been using sitemeter and it still seems to be the easiest of the free ones so far (just slap a gif on your web page).
I like the looks of Webalizer and AWStats as they have incredibly more detailed stats, but they appear to need a little more setup and actually off much more info than I need.

I am familiar with and like webstat especially since it comes pre-installed on all (or most) Dixiesys.com hosting accounts.

Woah I just saw AWStats for the first time as it comes with my cPanel and it's NICE!

Woohoo I have both WebStat with Dixiesys.com and AWStat with my own webhosting company!
