Hey guys I wanna start learning html/web page stuff. Whats the best free site to host now thats quick, free, and the least or no ads. I kinda know what i'm doing, just have to relearn. Thanks guys. 😉

Brinkster doesnt have ftp access! Is there any other free service like brinkster.com w/ ftp??? thanks

Hey all, I'm in the same boat as TwoMix, and you guys have reccomended some great sites. The two that looked incredible were dittohost and aspfreeserver, but aspfree is not accepting new signups, and dittohost looks to be down. I guess I'll have to live with file manager uploading *shudder* until I'm ready to poney up some $$$ for real hosting 😉
 
Fateback is the best by far. No ads, unlimited subdomains, unlimited bandwidth/transfer, and 60MB webspace. They're great unless you want server side scripting, which they don't offer.

Btw, THEY HAVE FTP ACCESS!!!
