best free telnet for win2k?

i've had it with the built in telnet of win2k.

anybody know of a free one that has good logging/printing/capture capabilities?

If you have an old copy of Procomm around, their telnet was actually pretty good, and you get the scripting language.

I told him to quit plugging switches in at random without first clearing VTP and checking the STP roots. 🙂

hahah, nope problem solved. very weird though. I've never had any spanning tree problems here before as I religiously designed all the trees just so this wouldn't happen.

looks like a gig port was flapping and causing TCNs to flood everywhere and CAM tables to flush. working as designed, but that port shouldn't have flapped.
