Best free NTFS undelete program?

I was a major idiot today. I needed to keep some files. So I had 4 copies stored (normal and zipped on two different computers). I won't go into many details - but I accidently deleted all four copies. Everyone chime in: Dullard is an idiot!

Ok now, for my question: What is the best undelete program to download and where can I get it? It would be best if it will allow me to undelete a large zip file from a NTFS HD in Win2k. I've searched and can only find ones that allow small files, or not NTFS, or not Win2k, or some other annoying problem.

Where can I get R-studio? I got all but 1 file recovered on a FAT HD, but the final file is too large (40MB) for the programs I've downloaded to recover. And the computer wouldn't have enough memory anyways... So I'll expand my request, any good free FAT recovering program?

I know Norton Utilities has it. Unfortunately my only copy is at my parents house in another town. When Win95 decided to disable Norton Utilities (and it was a pain to enable it) I stopped using it.
