I just setup a system for a 12yr old girl that is going to be a gift.

But I need to know what would be a good free ISP for her when I get to her house.

Her area is Lakewood, Wa. 98439

Sadly, most descent free isp's have diappeared or been taken ove by Netzero. I think the only choice you have now is either Netzero or Juno in most areas.
