Hi, I am in graduate school at UF and wanted to know what is the easiest way to transfer all my emails from the edu server to another free email. I want to do this so I can them delete them from the edu server, since my mailbox is full. TIA

Is there a way you can set up Tbird to connect to and receive email from several different places such as yahoo, gmail, & edu? I have several different web-based email adresses and it would be nice to read them all through one client.

I know Yahoo has an option to check other POP boxes, so you could probably check your .edu through that (assuming it's POP3). GMail may have something similar.

If you want to use Outlook Express/Thunderbird/ etc possibly try:
http://yahoopops.sourceforge.net/ - (I use this)

Also, it should be possible to set up GMail to use POP without a 3rd party program.
