Best (FREE) alternative to WinRAR?

What is the best FREE alternative to WinRAR?
Need something that can open RAR (other compression formats).

7-Zip, BitZipper, IZArc, PeaZip, RarZilla, Zipeg ?

I've been using iZarc.

Edit:

I've used 7-zip in the past and have encountered small problems with it and certain rar files not wanting to extract.

I've also encountered problems with iZarc, like certain files not wanted to uncompress all the way but that usually happens with a big folder tree inside the file; to fix you just gotta manually select each file in those folders. The only other error it a URL handler at the end of the install but it doesn't affect the program.

7zip is probably the best, but what's wrong with winrar? I've been using it for years now and rar has to be the most common compression format out there. I haven't even run across a 7zip file in the past couple of years (haven't even had to install 7zip on my pc since I built it a couple years ago) and the ratio of even regular zip to rar files I download is about 1 in 10.

You can get WinRAR 3.62 for free from a Germany website. See post #2 and #3 for the download link and license key. You can also go through the steps to get the license key for yourself, but it's the same key for everyone.
