I was checking out the thread for the banners, and there are some kickass flash things there. I'm going to design a web page soon, and I'd like to put some flash in there to jazz it up a little (and impress the superiors). Any recommendations on good books for learning flash? I"ve heard the visual quickstart series is good, but there are obviously others.
 
My roommate has the Flash 4 Bible, and I think it's an excellent book. Of course, now that Flash 5 is out, you might want to see if you can find a book for the updated version.
