This a little hobby of mine, listening to the first song off a band's debut album and imagining what listeners felt like the first time they turned it up. The more minds blown the better, if you get my meaning.

Anyway, my vote for the best intro track off a debut album is RATM's "Bombtrack."

The Books - All Our Base are Belong to Them from their album Thought for Food. Motherless Bastard from the same album probably ties. You can listen to all of their CD's for free on their website (albeit bad quality, but whatever all the songs are there. Definitely recommend purchasing/dloading whatever anything from em and giving them a listen).

Excellent choices. I happen to have all these albums. We appear to have similar tastes in music. Are you sure your politics allow you to listen to some of these? 'Rot may have to call the music PC police 😉😛
