What's the best software out there for my dad to use to track his personal finances and his business? He has his own business, he's the only employee, but he does need to generate bills, receipts and such.
Here's a couple guidelines:
Cheaper is better, free is best
He's not tech-savvy, so simpler might be better
Should he go with Quicken or MSMoney or whatever the new bloatware is on Dell nowadays? He just bought a new Dell and doesn't have the CD for his 5 yr old computer program and I wanted to get him something he can use for a while.
