Best file copy software?

Ok, what I'm looking for is some software that will let me copy a LARGE amount of data from one location to the other and if has a problem with one file, it will flag it and keep going. I think this should be a standard feature in Windows XP but apparently this is some impossible task that Microsoft can't seem to implement into any of their OSes. :|

Teracopy works for me, just make sure the files are ok though.. i have had a few files which got corrupted with teracopy.

I wouldn't consider a program that corrupts data as working...But that's just me.
