Best/ Fastest DVD drive for ripping, extracting?

I need the best DVD drive I can get for ripping/ extracting.. I am currently using my DVD burner which I don't like to do... So what is the best??

Any of LiteOn's 16X drives would do quite well.

I have a combo 48X CDRW/16X DVD drive that I use with my Plextor DVD burner.

Avoid NEC at all costs!!! That's all I can really say. I wish I had gotten a different DVD drive... oh well.

Good link. The liteon that they have in 5th place overall is a slightly older model than the I have. Pick yourself up a nice new 16x liteon DVD ROM. Best bang for your buck. They're also about 2 inches less long than other optical drives, both the roms and the burners. Best bang for buck. ever.
