best fan: low noise to high CFM? and filters?

what is the best fan - lowest noise to high CFM?

i'm specifically looking for 80mm and 120mm fans.

and are filters (metal or foam) really necessary? which one is better? Or are grills just as good?

where can i get all this stuff?

the best one is PANAFLO
They put out large amounts of air, while using less power and less noise than others.

I just bought a Panaflo 80mm h1a last night. They are supposed to be pretty sweet.

I have some Panaflo L1A 80mm fans and they are quiet. I got them from Teamawe. The grills are necessoary if you touch around that area a lot. If you don't mess with your case a lot, don't buy the grill.
