Best Electric Razor For Sensitive Skin?

Right now I have an old Norelco 3 head electric razor that needs new "heads". So I am debating just spending an extra $100 or so and getting a whole new razor that will treat my skin better. Right now, I barely shave at all as it is, because it seems like the Norelco really "tears up" my skin.

It's not that it tears up your skin - it lifts the hair from below the skinline and cuts it - therefore sweat and other moisture can irritate your skin more easily than if you shaved with a normal razor. (That's how it is for me)

Has it always bothered your skin, or just recently? Old dull heads can irritate your skin - my father's does, and he hasn't changed his in 4 years. (He still thinks the heads are fine, I don't know why though)

I've found Panasonics to be top of the line. I have a Braun Syncro and it sucks. I personally want to get the new Panasonic that has the free moving head...

I remember I used to use it a lot, so maybe it has been just recently that it started...

I guess maybe something that has an adjustable setting or is "designed" for people like me would be nice

It's probably just the heads - I think they run about $15-25.

If you want a new one, I think Norelco makes one that squirts out shaving gel/cream for really sensitive skin.

That one sucks too, the Norelco Advantage.

I've had so many electric shavers, and the Panasonics always come out the closest. If they they the self cleaning thing, they would be hands down the best, instead of the best...

Norelcos are a pain because of the 3 heads. Remington just blows. Brauns don't give you a close chave. Panasonics are great. Only drawback is you have to rinse them often. I had a Panasonic travel shaver, which had a single cutter and it was pretty close. Then I bought a linear and it was great. I wanted to try out the Braun Syncro and thats the one I'm currently using now. Its a decent shave, but its not as close as the Panasonic and irriates my skin on occasion. I definately want to try the pivot Panasonic, I have a feeling it gives an awesome shave...
